BIBLE

We believe the Bible to be the complete and verbally inspired Word of God.

GOD

We believe in one God, creator of all, holy, sovereign, eternal, existing in three equal Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

GOD THE FATHER

We believe God the Father as Creator is Father to all humanity but is the spiritual Father only to believers.

GOD THE SON

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, triumphant ascension, mediatorial ministry and personal and imminent return.

GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the deity and personality of the Holy Spirit Who convinces of sin, of righteousness and of judgment; Who regenerates, sanctifies, illuminates and comforts those who believe in Jesus Christ.

MAN

We believe human beings are created in the image of God. This image has been marred by voluntary transgression. All are now sinners who need restoration through the Lord Jesus Christ.

ANGELS

We believe God created these powerful and intelligent spirit creatures some of whom were deceived by Satan rebelling against God while others continue as holy servants of God. Satan exists as an evil personality, originator of sin, the archenemy of God and man.

SALVATION

We believe salvation is by the grace of God. By the appointment of the Father, Christ voluntarily suffered death in our place to pay the penalty for our sin and offense. Justification is by faith alone in the all-sufficient sacrifice and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.

CHURCH

We believe the church is a spiritual organism made up of all born-again believers in this age. Jesus Christ is Head of the church. Local churches function under the authority of the Scriptures thereby making visible the calling of this spiritual organism.

FUTURE

We believe in the personal, bodily, glorious and imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust; in the eternal blessedness of the redeemed and in the judgment and conscious, eternal punishment of the wicked.
